Find your stillness with guided group meditation
The strongest practice is one unique to you, developed over time and drawing from a variety of disciplines. I draw from Buddhist, Hindu and more Westernised mindfulness styles. We focus on breathing, the journey within and visualisations. I developed techniques that would allow novices to have powerful experiences very quickly and allow students to easily find their stillness.
Another key aspect of the practice is to allow us to bring our stillness into our daily lives. We work on techniques to quickly access our stillness in daily stressful situations.
- These sessions are held in Stonesfield, Oxfordshire
- Fee: £5 per session (children and youngsters 17 and younger; no charge)
- Children are very welcome as long as they are able to follow along and keep focus
