Úlfhéðnar (sing. Úlfheðinn) were the elite shock troops of the Norse. Apart from being the most fierce warriors they also embodied a deeper spiritual connection. It is this Celtic Norse spiritual connection that Dr. Mark Weisman connects with and follows. Mark spent many years suffering from addiction, homelessness and mental unhealth, which has led him to where he is today.
His connection with his spiritual and cultural heritage came about in the past few years, but before his moment of transformation, he was active as a Christian Minister for over a decade where he worked with veterans suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Mark shares with us his journey and how he’s turned his suffering into his gift to the world as he continues his work with veterans suffering from PTSD.
