Finding the balanced version of bold that you have within you takes practice. Just like with attraction the experiences you desire in your life, taking steps that you can believe in is cruicial. Fred Joyal calles this “dosage” in his book “Superbold”. Like with most other mindfulness topics, becoming superbold is about becoming the best version of yourself. It certainly is not about shedding any inhibitions and becoming a narcissist. When you are superbold you are able to step into your greatness with grace and ease, and you actions are to the benefit of others.
