Breathing is clearly an essential function for our survival, but correct mindful breathing is equally important to optimise our health. Most people tend to breathe by expanding and contracting their chests. Unfortunately, this breathing results in shallow short breaths leaving the majority of your lungs "unused". Apart from not properly oxygenating your lungs nor the rest of your body, you are leaving stale air at the bottom of your lungs that just sit there festering.

This audio recording brings your through a breathing exercise to help you bring your awareness to your breathing allowing you to continuously employ mindful breathing. As a bonus you will find a stress relief breathing technique at the end that is an excellent "emergency" mindful breathing exercise.
