This guided meditation starts with mindful breathing and a body scan to bring you deep within in a meditative state. We then proceed with a visualisation that will attempt to bring you to see your life as a collection of experiences and allowing yourself to start looking at those experiences from different perspectives. We then journey deeper within to explore a place of safety and security that you can call on in your everyday life.
You should find yourself coming out of this mediation feeling relaxed and renewed.
