Guided Meditation – Separate Paths

We all have our different paths to walk in life. Some paths are slower moving, shorter, twistier or more treacherous than others. However, you have you path in front of you with forks and intersections where you make choices every day. Considering the challenges we all have with our own paths, why do we find ourselves judging other on theirs so easily? Allow yourself to look at your own path and those of people around you from different perspective, not one of judgement, but of compassion and understanding. When we do this we can detach from the paths of others and focus on our own, yet still maintaining our compassion and understanding for the challenges faced by people around us. This meditation takes you on a journey to allow you to see things from a different perspective and to understand your role.
