Coaching is not Psychotherapy nor Counselling. Coaching is optimising unrealised potential. We will work with you to help you realise your full range of beliefs that don't serve you in reaching your potential. We help reveal your blind spots and cloaked behavioural patterns.
No modality is a magic pill, the client is the one who has to do all the heavy lifting. However, with an excellent coach or therapist you can get to the crux of what is holding you back, build a tool box and move forward quicker than with a mediocre one. Also, the client's willingness to change is absolutely critical, without it, change will not happen. Clients that commit to the process can see their lives change forever in a very short period. When change has taken place, the relationship moves in to more of a maintenance mode and we might space out sessions monthly or quarterly.
