Acceptance is another overarching mindfulness concept that most struggle with at the best of times. It is about accepting what we can and can't control, everybody else's journeys, to let go and trust, etc. Acceptance is not the same as being blasé, it is about knowing when to take action and when to accept that you ought not to. We also apply acceptance to who we are and our purpose and mission in life, so as you can see acceptance is both a tool in growth, but also a state of mind.
