This meditation is slightly different to the previous ones I've released. This one is, similar to the grounding and breathing ones, more of a technique for you to develop a relationship with your body to allow sensations and energies to make themselves known without judgment or criticism. Many times we push emotions aside because they hurt too much, we don't have time, we don't recognise them, or any other reason. After a while we build up a repository of neglected emotions and we become out of touch with out body. This meditation practice is aimed at allowing you to rekindle your relationship with your body and to gently allow supressed emotions to release and make themselves known. Also when we reconnect our mind and our heart we establish a link allowing for intuition to become clearer and potent. As you become adept in these practices you will be able to allow emotions to pass more gently with less resistance and thus less pain.
If you are challenged by trauma or PTSD, it is suggested that you do this meditation in a safe environment with people you trust to allow for any overwhelming experiences to be expressed and released. You may feel relieved and lighter after this meditation. If you suspect or have been diagnosed with any mental disorder that could be triggered by visualisations of alternative realities or if you are currently taking strong psycho pharmaceuticals, please consult your healthcare provider before using this audio recording.
