Actually, put your hands on your chest and remember how good it feels to experience love, joy and happiness; do that now! Feels amazing doesn't it? We do tend, in our daily life, succumb to negative fearful thoughts, because that is what we are fed through news, social media, movies, advertising, etc. So being able to stop and take a moment and feel good helps stop that destructive process. This meditation can help you programme triggers that you can use in your daily life evoking positive emotions within yourself.
