Abundance and mindfulness are usually linked the so-called "Law of Attraction", basically you attract what you think, say and do. I prefer the "Law of Resonance", that goes more to the core of your emotions and feelings. Hence, the vibration you send out is matched by your experiences. This why I promote; love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, etc; they are feelings you can evoke and share with the world. In return you have experiences that resonate with those feelings. However, you may want to have abundance of love, friendships, wealth, health, etc. come in to your life. What does abundance feel like? This meditation will help you open up that doorway and allow you to evoke the feelings of abundance; if not the first time, then at least with some practice.
You should find yourself coming out of this mediation feeling relaxed and renewed.
